Meme: Line-of-sight Happiness

Three things I can see from where I sit that make me happy:
1. My music collection. This includes a tower of CDs, a WinAmp icon on my 'puter that points to something like two thousand mp3s, and a large box containing a mess of audiocassettes. Pop/rock, filk/folk, Broadway and film soundtracks, Judaica, and random miscellaneous weirdness.
2. My personalized anime figurine. Years ago two friends of mine collaborated and kitbashed a Tifa Lockhart figurine to create a Batya The Toon miniature collectible. (I love my buds.)
3. A medal, round and bronze-colored and decorated with musical notes, hanging on a red-white-blue ribbon. A sticker on the back reads "Contata 3". It was awarded to me and![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
ladymondegreen and (in absentia) cadhla, as proto-Lady Mondegreen, for Haven, our entry into that year's songwriting contest.
