I did a bad thing

So as many of you already know, I play in a LJ-based RPG called [livejournal.com profile] milliways_bar, which is an Ultimate Crossover. As it happens, two of my characters there are Joss Whedon characters: Buffy the Vampire Slayer's Andrew Wells, and Firefly's Dr Simon Tam.

If you look at it a certain way, this was really sort of inevitable.

Please don't hurt me.

Now you have me thinking about considering pondering the idea of maybe joining. I notice you guys don't have an Adrian Monk.

Actually, they did. I brought in a friend of mine who was probably one of the worst typists you'll ever meet. If he doesn't appear on the list, that's a good thing.

I applied to play Rikku from Final Fantasy X, by the way.

*grin*

You know, it says something about fandom that I have as much idea what y'all are talking about as if your icon was an injoke about the intricacies of the carbon cycle. In fact, less.

But, something you might get a kick out of (http://www.livejournal.com/users/orangemike/3749.html):
I've just gotten news on HordeNet that there are relief convoys of members of the Society for Creative Anachronisms from all over driving into the South to do what they can; and looks like as well organized as the FEMA seems to be right now. Guess all that time recreating the Middle Ages may come to some good use after all!

Days old now, though.
