So, that new job.

I'm an administrative assistant at The Claims Conference. Currently an hourly-paid temp, with the option of a permanent hire at the end of three months. Nine to five, Monday through Friday.

I started yesterday. I'm doing well so far, I think.

Goodness, that seems to be a rewarding thing to be doing. And the hours aren't bad! Are they shabbesdik, if you find yourself still happily toiling away when it becomes winter again and Shabbes is at, like, 4:30?

The office closes at either 5:00 or two hours to sundown, whichever comes first. 1:00 on the eve of High Holidays and Passover.
