Oh my goodness, yes -- sequels more than spin-offs, although a handful of the later Oz books involve characters from Baum's other (less successful) children's books finding their way to Oz. Sixteen of them all told I think.

(There are also a bunch of later Oz books written after Baum's death, by one Ruth Plumly Thompson, but I've never cared for those.)
