Boston, part 2 of ... some number

So, yeah, Operation Wittenbergs Visit Boston is a go. For those of you who expressed interest earlier (or who missed it but are interested now), we're looking at a two-part thing on Sunday.

PART THE FIRST: Apparently there's a street performer festival that weekend at Faneuil Hall Market Place, and we can't miss that. So that's where we're figuring on going first, early afternoon; figure oneish. We're planning on bringing a picnic lunch of some kind. So who wants to meet and hang out with us there, and/or suggest somewhere else local to go if we all get bored with buskers?

PART THE SECOND: Our delightful hosts [livejournal.com profile] gnomi and [livejournal.com profile] mabfan have clued us in to the local kosher restaurants, and we like the look of Taam China in Brookline. Once we have an idea how many people we are, we'll make a reservation for six-thirtyish or sevenish. So who wants to have dinner with us and hang out into the evening?

Does anybody have any questions? Any answers? Would anyone care for a mint?

Apparently, I have family plans for the day that I am not allowed to weasel out of. DDD: You guys have fun!

There's lots of good things to do in the general Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market/Government Center area. Most of them are outside, but you're likely to have good weather on Sunday.

Looking forward to seeing you! Eeeee! :-)

Oooo! Street performer festival! Will you bring back tales?

I very rarely turn down Taam China.

Taam China's great! Not sure where I'll be that Sunday, but I'd love to get together with you folks for part of that day and geek out about nuTrek.

The Street Performer Festival sounds fun, [livejournal.com profile] fiddledragon and I may bring my parents. I might even bring the trouser if I get the rigging fixed...

Sure, sounds good. I'll email you my cell phone number later to make sure we connect.

Since you asked for alternate suggestions, there's the Museum of Science, for which I have a shiny new membership.

I'd love to hang out, picnic and watch street performers with you guys. (Dinner in a chinese restaurant isn't really workable for me.)

Ooh, I'd like in on the Taam China plans, please. Probably not anything earlier in the day, but maybe.

Huh. I thought I'd posted already, but apparently not.

I'm in for the whole day.

A definate maybe

Do we have a meeting place? I don't think I have your phone numbers, so I'll email my cell to help ensure we meet up.
