I'm definitely thinking about Faith -- because, correct me if I'm wrong, she only self-identifies as evil during the lowest ebb of her self-image; during a time when she has indeed gone through self-loathing and into actively trying to get Angel to kill her.

I'm never sure whether Spike identifies as evil ironically or not.
